It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Lee Ross (Lubbock, Texas), who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Edward and Annie Lee Blair; her stepdaughter Patsy Ann (Steve Burney, Jr.); and her stepgrandchildren, Patsy Ruth Bryant and Steve Burney.

She is survived by : her siblings, Vivian Keeling, Ethel Nelson, Vastalee Bell, Mack, Lena Mae Blair and Sylvan Blair. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
