She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Garcia and Connie Garcia (Samarripa); and her siblings, Johnny Garcia, Raul Garcia and Adelia Garcia.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Carlos Vasquez; her children, Veronica Vasquez (Pete Lara) of Lubbock, Melinda Ybarra (Joseph) of Lubbock, Alissa Betancourt (Abel) of Lubbock and Jennifer Trevino (Franky) of Lubbock; her siblings, Lucy Garcia, Susie Hinojosa, Maria Rivera, Mary Lou Lopez, Eva Lopez and Adam Garcia; her grandchildren, Samantha Ybarra, Joey Ybarra, Tommy Torres, Koby Torres, Isaih Trevino, Isaac Trevino, Matthew Vasquez, Sophia Lara and Skylar Lara; and her great grandchildren, Maya Ybarra and Alayna Nunez.
