We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 71, James Donald Tarter (Lubbock, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, A. T. Tarter and Bernice Tarter (Setliff). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his daughters, Shelly and Julie. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
