He was predeceased by: his former wife Zell Shuttlesworth; his parents, James Shuttlesworth and Birdie Shuttlesworth; and his son Blake Shuttlesworth. He is survived by: his wife Billie Shuttlesworth; his children, Lynn (Diane) and Dee Shuttlesworth (Dianna); his daughter-in-law Pam Shuttlesworth; his stepchildren, Sue Beene (Russell) and Dale Pectol (Nannette); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Shane (Amanda), Ryan, Krystal, Tara Sneed (Casey), Kristy Jimenez (Michael), Amy Norton (Aaron), Marci Beene, Eric McCastlin (Dawn), Danny Pectol (April), Dene Adams (Jason), Chase Pectol (Donna) and Chelsea Condren (C. J.). He is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren; and many other family members.
