She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Staggs and Vernice Lee Staggs. She is survived by: her children, Mandi Bell and Andrew Richardson (Hayley Morlock); her granddaughter Madison Fox (T'Andre Scott); her great grandchild T'Andre Scott Jr.; her pet Brady; and her siblings, Delores Cleesen (Steve), Connie Lamp (David), Sheldon Staggs (Kathy) and Shelby Staggs (Elizabeth). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sanders Memorial Chapel (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401).
