She is survived by: her husband Hugh Hays of Lubbock, Texas; her sons, Nathan Hays (Amy) of Lubbock and Kyle Hays (Wendy) of Amarillo, Texas; her grandchild Schuyler Johnson (Brian) of Dallas, Oregon; her sons, Zac Thompson (Kayla) of Keizer, Oregon, Timothy Hays (Emily) of Lubbock, Riley Hays of Lubbock, Kaitlynn Hays of Lubbock and Keegan Hays of Lubbock; her great grandchildren, D. J., Hayleigh, Ivie and Joeli Johnson of Dallas; and her sister Terry Eakle (Lonnie) of Greeley. She is also survived by family members and friends.
