She is survived by: her children, Ty Koontz (Kim) and Kandi Alfaro (Eric); her grandchildren, Nick Koontz, Ciara Alfaro and Zack Alfaro; her siblings, Lynn Davis (Linda) and Mary McConnell; and her siblings' children, Cory Hartsfield, Heidi McCullough, Tonya Pfeffer, Britian Shannon, Amy Faubus of Amanda Clift, K. J and Kess Scharff.
