She was predeceased by: her parents, Delaine Travis Crawford and Loy Catherine Barnett Crawford; and her sister Carolyn McGee. She is survived by: her daughter Emily Hoover; her sister Joan Chandler; her brother-in-law Jim Chandler; her brother David Crawford; and her brother-in-law Mike McGee.
Donations can be made in her name to the Dean Linda C Hoover Fund or to the Center for the Study of Addiction and Recovery, both in the College of Human Sciences.
