She was predeceased by : her parents, Justo Garza, Sr. and Amila Garza (Rodriguez); her husband Bene Garcia, Sr.; her grandson Tony Garcia, Jr.; and her siblings, Josie, Lupe, Vera, Tony, Salvas and Raymond.

She is survived by : her children, Bene Garcia (Irene), Tony Garcia (Patricia), Bobby Garcia, Ernest Garcia, Mary Angel Rojas (Hector), Arthur Garcia (Linda), Leo Garcia, Ruben Garcia (Christie), Jimmy Garcia and Patricia Galindo; her grandchildren, Bene, Jr., Jackie, Carrissa, Ryan, Nicole, Jennifer, Brianna, Isaiah, Hector, Jr., Cassandra, Anastasia, Candan, Zach, Cali, Lex, Matt, Sydney, Grayson, Zinley, Aspen and Aryssa; and also Justo Garza, Jr. (Isabel). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the House of Angels Funeral Home (1928 34th St, Lubbock, TX 79411). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
