We bid farewell to Peggy Janice Lee (Lubbock, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 8, 2025 at the age of 91. Peggy Janice touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Chisum (Bybee) and Roy "Buster" Chisum; her husband Jerry Lee; her son Gregory Lee; her grandchildren, Brandon Lee, Michael Varner and Lacey Lee; and her daughter-in-law Tina Lee.

She is survived by: her siblings, Reginald Rhea (Joann), Billy Rhea (Mary) and Zanny Chisum; her children, David Lee (Patricia), Joel Lee (Kimmie) and Reha Lee; her grandchildren, Amber Lee, Christian Lee (Tandra), Hailey Lopez, Katie Lee, Sergio Jaramillo Gómez, Juan Berrio Gómez, Michael Catlett, Kim Smith Meixner and Krissy Ward (Monty); her great grandchildren, Alexa Catlett, Brianna Catlett, Samantha Catlett, Rance Lee, Maximus Clare, Austin Varner, Kira Varner, Jeremy Varner, Connor Varner, Samuel Varner and Brandon Varner; and also Linda Lee.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial (6025 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
