With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Don McMillan (Lubbock, Texas), who passed away on June 2, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Durward McMillan (Dave) and Neta Watson McMillan; and his brothers, Gary McMillan and Nicholas McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Smith McMillan; his children, Gary M. Smith of Lubbock, Gregory D. Smith (Amber) of Lawton, OK and Jessica C. Stephens of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Kiersten Smith Rupp (Mason) of Austin, Tatiana Smith (Tati) of Lubbock and Valton "Button" Stephens of Lubbock; and his sibling's children, Kevin Shipp of Sioux Falls, SD and Tiffany McMillan Flanagan (Corey) of Lubbock.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Lubbock Meals on Wheels or South Plains Food Bank.
