He was predeceased by : his parents, Dessie Norwood (Carswell) and Lemmie Norwood; his son James C. Norwood; and his sister Margie Barley. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Norwood (Landers) of Lufkin; his son Don; his daughter-in-law Sandy Norwood of Etoile; his daughter Sandra Morgan (Andre Krizan); and his grandchildren, Justin (Rigitza Norwood), Taylor Norwood (Courtney Hanzel), Lacie Norwood (Linsie Norwood) and J. C. (Tamara Norwood). He is also survived by seven great-granddaughters.
