He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Allen Lout and Mary Lou Lout (Bussey); and his grandparents, Mac Bussey, Mattie Lou Bussey, Maxie and Ruby Lout.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Lout; his sons, Aidan Lout (Bree Davis), Keaton Lout and Maddox Lout; and his sisters, Susan Penick (Brandon) and Joanna Birdwell (Del). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mangum Funeral Home (420 San Augustine St, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a GoFundMe account established to assist with funeral costs and expenses following the tragic loss of the family home in a recent fire.
