She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Pearl Herrington and Henry Charles Herrington; and her husband Carl D. Lively. She is survived by: her children, David Lively (Susanne) of Lufkin, Linda Sparks (Lawrence) of Lufkin, Sharon Baker (Carl) of Angleton and Paula Lee (Joseph) of Pearland; her grandchildren, Janie Lee Santacoloma (Andres), Ben Lively (Mattie), Amy Lively (Spencer Pruett), Michael Baker (Elle), Kyle Lee, Sarah Bird (Joseph) and Kathlyn Lee; her great grandchildren, Oliva and Noah Santacoloma; and her brother H. C. Herrington.
