It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Neal of Lufkin, Texas, born in Brady, Texas, who passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Von Ray "Red" Bracy, Jr.; his adoptive father Billy Jack Neal; his son Joshua Neal; his brothers, Von Ray "Butch" Bracy III, George Bracy and Fred Bracy; and his close friend Joe Leedriker, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Shaun Hebert of Hudson; his son Michael Prosise of Hudson; his grandchildren, Gracie, Brayden, Addison, Jaxson and Landon; his mother Glenda Evans of Mason, TX; his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Jean Bracy of Weatherford, TX; his sister Chandonette Bracy; his brother-in-law Michael Kneese of Lovington, NM; and his sisters, Cindy Bracy of Washington and Donella Evans of Brady, TX..
