With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Estell Parrott of Lufkin, Texas, who passed away on August 11, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Cleo Phillips and Cliffie Estell Phillips (Jones); and her husband Loyd Parrott. She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Leland Cannon; her son Loyd Parrott; her grandchildren, Kimberly (Daniel Justus), Gregory Cannon (Brittany Havard), Nathan (Delynn Cannon), Denise (Clinton Kennedy), Darryl Parrott, Jr., Jay Michael Parrott, Veronica Mefford and Matthew Parrott; her siblings, Jerry Phillips and Cathy; her brother-in-law Ronnie Lawson; her son Darryl Parrot, Sr.; her siblings, Peggy Barnett, Virginia Lacey, Sylvia Henry and Vernon Phillips; her sisters-in-law, Bonita and Charlene Phillips; and her great grandchild Triston Justus. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephew.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Church.
