He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurine Ernie Headrick and Willie P. Pillows; his wife Essie L. Pillows; and his sister Bobbie Jean. He is survived by: his children, Robert Pillows (Jen) and Barbara Spann (Wendell); his granddaughters, Dawn, Tammy and Wendy Caradine; his great grandchild Krystal Obsheatz; his great great grandchildren, Aliyah and Mya; and his sister Betty Ann Lee (James).
