It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Rucker Handley of Lufkin, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Stroud and Berniece Stroud; her husband Robert Handley; and her brother Bill Stroud. She is survived by: her children, Kathy and Jim; her children-in-law, Holly Grigsby of Pendleton, IN and Glen Goehring of Lufkin; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Olivia Grigsby of Pendleton, IN, Cody (Brandi Goehring) of Hazard, KY and Kirby (Justin Bryce) of Lufkin; and her great grandchildren, Alden, Adalyn Goehring of Hazard, KY and Jensen Bryce of Lufkin.
