He is survived by: his sister Audrey Mallon-Shires; his brother-in-law Mark Shires; his sibling's children, Mark, Jr. (Kristie Shires), Michael Shires and Brittany Shires-Moore (Vincent Moore); and his close friend Renea Brown.
