He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McKinley Sr. and Edith Estelle Smith Allen; and his siblings, Robert Eugene Allen (Rachel), Frank Allen Jr. of John David, Jimmy Allen, Ronnie Allen, Vera Allen, Mildred Sutton and Lillie Mae Allen.

He is survived by: his nephew James Vincent (Angela); his brother Billy Allen; his niece Donna Allen; his pet Max; and also James.
