He is survived by : his daughter Robbie Smith (James); his siblings, Robert Wayne Hicks, Jr. (Veronica) of Angleton, TX., Billy Joe Hicks (Sandra) and Debra Farran of Lumberton; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Smith and Kaitlyn "Smol Bean" Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
