She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed W. Welch and Louise Welch (Bird); and her siblings, Billy Welch (Mae), Doris Jones (Roy Jack), Mary Lou Harrington (Gene) and John Welch (Helen).
She is survived by: her husband Leon Armstrong Sr. (Leon) of Lumberton; her children, Rosalind Green (Rodney) of Prairieville, LA and Armstrong Jr. (Christine) of Lumberton; her grandsons, Trevor Dane Armstrong and Tanner Colton Armstrong (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Colton Lane Armstrong and Kimber Marie Armstrong. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
