He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Phelps and Helen Bernice Phelps; and his wife Sharon Phelps. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Potter (Brandon), Danielle Phelps (KC Mitchell) and Timothy Pessink (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Aidan Potter, Zoe Potter, Patrick Pessink, Lina Pessink and Ashlynn Pessink.
