She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoar and Doreen Winters Hoar; her sisters-in-law, Karen Cyr and Cheryl Getz; her parents-in-law, Bob and Marcella Getz; and her pet Zachary.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Getz of Lumberton, TX; her children, Eric Getz of San Antonio, TX and Cheryl Getz (Kraig Baker) of Lumberton, TX; her sisters, Laurie Tursi of Silsbee, TX and Doreen Friel (Michael) of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Dillon Getz, Evan Getz, Madalyn Nail, Rylynn Lamb and Carsen Hoffman; her siblings' children, Wayne Tursi Jr., Matthew Tursi, Michael Friel and Jennifer Friel (Jeff Decker); and her brothers-in-law, Robert, Jeffrey, Peter, Stephen and Richard Getz. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
