He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Foret; his daughter Cindy Coplen (Larry) of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Kaylee Foret (Tristan Paskell) of Lumberton, Travis Coplen (Hillary) of Kountze, Skylynn White (Jimmy) of Kountze, Christian Coplen (Ashley) of Austin, Tanner Coplen (Emma) of Beaumont and Keifer Coplen of Lumberton; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Paskell, Maverik Paskell, Zoe Coplen, Cypress Coplen, Remington Coplen, Parker Rao, Kase Coplen and Graham Coplen; and his brothers, George Wayne Foret (Lana) of Moss Bluff, Louisiana and Hubert Ray Foret (Vanessa) of Lake Charles, Louisiana..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broussard's Mortuary (490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee, TX 77656). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Infant Jesus Catholic Church (243 S Lhs Dr, Lumberton, TX 77657). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at the Leatherwood Cemetery (11825 Leatherwood Rd, Lumberton, TX 77657).
