She was predeceased by : her parents, Elifonso Martinez and Ramona Martinez (Becerra). She is survived by : her daughters, Erica Martinez (Israel Tagle) and Melissa Martinez (Jesse Gomez); her siblings, Juan Martinez, Fonz Martinez (Julie), Joe Martinez (Kathy), Adela Martinez, Lupita Martinez, Mary, Mona Guajardo (Mike), Vicky Rocha (Roy), Rosie Torres (Louie) and Modesta Mercado (Zeke); and her sister-in-law Lily. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 7:00 AM and at 7:00 PM at the Duddlesten Funeral Home (604 W Hidalgo Ave, Raymondville, TX 78580). Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (8413 Park Ave, Lyford, TX 78569).
