Harold Lynn Reed Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harold Lynn Reed (Madisonville, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmer Reed Jr. and Martha Pearl Reed (Sparks); his brother James Elmer Reed III; and his nephew James Elmer Reed IV. He is survived by: his brother Randy Reed; his uncle Jerry Reed; and his cousins, Matt Reed, Teri Fitzjerrell and Leanne Reed. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Madisonville Funeral Home (1511 E Main St, Madisonville, TX 77864). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Madisonville Cemetery (709 W Main St, Madisonville, TX 77864).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be mailed in Lynn's name to the House of Hope, 901 West Trinity, Madisonville, Texas 77864.
