He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Harmon "Buddy" Fannin and Eunice Blanche Cole Fannin; his grandparents, Daniel Webster Cole and Annie Elizabeth Lang Cole; his sister Linda Jean Fannin Fraley; his wife Angela Farris Fannin; his son Blair Fannin (Brandi Fannin); his granddaughter Bailey Fannin; his brother-in-law Jeff Farris (Sue Farris); his nephew William Farris (Christine); and his nieces, Dawn Shockey (Greg) and Darla Corona (Manny).
