He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Bay and Ida Bay; his wife Elsa Bay; his brother-in-law George Cardiff; and his brothers, George Cardiff and Jack Luedke.
He is survived by: his children, Cammie Howard, Hugh Myers (Tracey) and Vicki Chase (Greg); his grandchildren, Amber, Jason, Andrew, Crystal, Jordin, Garrett and Baylee; and his siblings, Alby Cardiff, Rosean Stewart, Jean Luedke, Curtis Luedke (Shelia) and Russell Luedke (Glynda). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
