Brenda Dean Malinowski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda Dean Malinowski of Magnolia, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Reuben Dean, Jr. and Lillian Jean Dean of Magnolia; her siblings, Frank Reuben Dean III, Beverly and Ann Robison; her daughters, Cindy Smith and Brigitte Smith; her sons-in-law, Lawrence Elwood Taylor and David Gibson Allen (Eugene "Gene" Billie); and her grandmother Elizabeth "Lizzy" Dean.
She is survived by: her brother Henry Arnold Dean (Nina Jean Dean); her daughter Sandra Dee Taylor; her grandsons, Preston Ross Taylor, Rhett Jackson Taylor (Sydney Daniella) and Malinowski; her spouse LaVerne "Toby" Smith; her mother-in-law Mae Alma "Macy" Smith; her son Darrell Wayne (Lisa); her grandchild Emilee (Cooper Morey); her sons, Evan (Amber), Ethan and Brian Keith (Kelly); her grandchildren, Lauren (Alan Birdsong) and Meghan; her son Scott; her sister-in-law Elizabeth; her son Hermann Lodge; and also, Gene Malinowski and Beverly.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Klein Funeral Home - Magnolia (14711 FM 1488 Road, Magnolia, TX 77354). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Mostyn Damuth Cemetery.
