He was predeceased by: his wife Margie LaVerne Perkins; his parents, Lem Lafayette Perkins and Mary Essie Hood Perkins; his parents-in-law, James Walter Tapley Sr. and Mae Pearl Rogers Tapley; his siblings, Veltus Jeanette Perkins and Travis; his sister-in-law Cheno Perkins; his sister Odie Vee; his siblings-in-law, Nick Hickman, James Walter Tapley Jr., Muriel Tapley, Julius Ray Tapley, Clarence James Tapley, LeRoy Dubberly and John Jenkins; and his grandson Jeffery Lynn Perkins.
He is survived by: his son Danny; his daughter-in-law Lana Perkins; his daughter Beverly; his son-in-law Larry Massingill; his son Donny; his daughter-in-law Carol Perkins; his son Randy Perkins of Malakoff; his sisters, Mary Lou Tapley of Mont Belvieu and Evelyn Dubberly of Tyler; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Jenkins of Celina, Don, Shirley McLain of Talty, Tommy and Kay Tapley of Pasadena; his grandchildren, Lance, Amanda Perkins of Malakoff, Keith, Jennifer Massingill of Malakoff, Ronnie, Bo Perkins of Malakoff, Ashley, John Broom of Sunnyvale, Justin Perkins of Athens, Stephanie Perkins of Athens, Madalynne and Cameron Cain of Whitehouse; his great grandchildren, Cameron Case Roberts, Layton VanderGraaf, River Perkins, Austin, Ema Massingill, Eli Perkins, Madyson Litchfield, Kaleb Perkins, Blakely Peach, Baylee Broom, Ava Perkins, Kaitlyn Massingill, Landon Perkins, Braydee Peach, Blayne Broom, Lady Perkins, Chase Massingill, Kassidy Rincon, Luke Massingill, Stone Perkins and Carter Cain; and his great great grandchildren, Drake Massingill and Creed Perkins.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hilltop Worship Center (920 E Royall Blvd, Malakoff, TX 75148). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations in memory of Treman Perkins to Hilltop Worship Center.
