She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Frank and Melinda T. Frank (Schronk); her brother Wilburn Frank; and her daughter-in-law Annette Kelm. She is survived by: her husband Martin E. Kelm of Malone; her children, Gary Kelm (Terri) of Malone, Kenneth Kelm of Malone and Cheri Thomas (Luke) of Grandview; her grandchildren, Kenneth Kelm, II of Malone, Cody Thomas of Hillsboro, Haley Bow (Matt) of Godley, Colton Thomas of Grandview, Bradley Kelm of Malone, Kevin Thomas of Grandview and Harli Kelm of Malone; and her pet Brownie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
