He is survived by : his brother Joe; his wife Marlene Biermann; his brother Philip Marks; and his children, Keith Marks (Denise) of Buda, Shelly Boothe (Dell) of Buda and Vance Marks (Theogenia) of Johnson City. He is also survived by his sons, son-in-law, brothers and nephews.
