He is survived by: his children, Linda Clark, Diane Lindsey (Bill Glacken) and Edward Treadway (Eva); and his sister Violet Michael. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made to his favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
