She was predeceased by : her father Locker Hornsby; and her sister Debbie Van Sandt. She is survived by : her husband Dennis Hendrix; her mother Ruby Smith; her sons, Preston (Betty Malloy Hendrix) and Aaron (Lisa Hendrix); her sister Tina (Terry Farquhar); and her grandchildren, Jocelyn and Harleigh Hendrix. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
