He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Forshee and Velma Faye Frye; his sister Alicia McNellie; and his granddaughter Raven Lee Hesse (Martha Forshee). He is survived by: his daughter Tosha (Gary Nash); his siblings, Patricia Leslie, Jerry Walker and Jimmy Swearengen; his grandchildren, Tristan, Alana Nash and Casey Degering; and his great grandchildren, Lane Thomas Nash and Raylee Jean Nash. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
