She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Wayne Provence; her father Dennis Charles Blackburn; and her brother Glenn Alan Blackburn. She is survived by: her mother Marion Blackburn; her siblings, Tammy Blackburn and Brian Blackburn (Jennifer); her daughters, Patricia Jones, Jerre Lynn Haas and Glenda Kay Prokop; and her sister Sandra Randall. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
