He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldora Idell Adams and J. W. Adams; his sister Ruby Scott; and his son Andy Adams. He is survived by : his daughter Angie; his brother Jerry Adams; and his grandsons, Corey Gullett and Cody Gullett (Tabitha Nichols).

On behalf of the Adams family they would like donations in lieu of flowers to be made to the Lymphoma Cancer foundation.
