She was predeceased by: her parents, Prudencio Juarez and Santos Juarez; her husband Jimmy Rodriguez; and her son Richard Rodriguez. She is survived by: her children, James David, Debra Marie and Moses. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; as well as siblings, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Esther's honor to Dementia Society of America.
