He is survived by : his parents, Andres Cardona and Guadalupe Garcia; his wife Rosa Patricia Cardona; his children, Ivette Cardona (Isaac Cardona), Andres Cardona and Jose Luis Cardona (Janie Marie Meza); his siblings, Carmen Rodriguez, Esperaza Ramirez (Reynaldo Ramirez) and Carlos Equre (Alejandra Equre); and his grandchildren, Jasmin Pichardo, Isaiah Cardona, Ivan Cardona, Esmeralda Cardona and Donovan Cardona.
