She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Moseley; her parents, Ebert Elmo Neagle and Edna Elders; and her siblings, Betty Scott, Joyce Green, Charlie Neagle, Jerry Neagle and Weldon Neagle.
She is survived by: her brothers, Wayne Neagle and Johnny Neagle; and her children, Gary Moseley (Cathy) and Pam Orosco (Roberto). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
