She was predeceased by : her parents, William Eugene Smothers and Fannie A. Campbell (Burns); her son William E. Stewart; her granddaughter Kelly Pifer; and her great grandchild Ella.

She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Stewart and Gregory Shawn Stewart; her sister Linda McKee; her grandchildren, William C. Stewart, Beau N. Stewart, Lauren M. Kelly and Shawn T. Hash; her great grandchildren, Holden, Kane, Jaiden, Cade, Drew, Annabelle and Memphis; and her close friend Tammy Nowlain.
