She is survived by : her mother Gale Moten; her sons, Alvin Newsome Jr. and Michael Newsome; her granddaughter Tamera Moten; her great grandchild Raelyn Lorraine Moten; her siblings, Tammie Jackson (Albert), Angela Moten, Micah Moten and Samuel Moten; her nieces and nephews, Mai'ya Jackson, Malcom Jackson, Samuel Moten Jr., Aniyah Nelson, Abbie Gale Bradshaw and Sandra of Texas; and also David Massington of Marlin. She is also survived by aunts, uncle, cousins.
