She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oliver Bourg and Rhea Estay; her children, Curty Green (Robert W.) and Dorothy Ann Maniscalco (John); her grandchildren, John Allen Swanson, John Maniscalco III, Shelley Ann Phillips, Chris Maniscalco, Anthony Maniscalco, Chad Simmons and Angel Simmons; her husband Curtis Lamar Simmons; and her son James Oliver "Bo" Simmons.
