He was predeceased by : his wife Charlene; and his daughter-in-law Christy. He is survived by : his children, Jeff, Cindy and Sam; his grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan, Molly and Pierce; and his great grandchildren, Graham Kelly, Vivian Kelly and Carlie Fulbright. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a sister-in-law.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 14th 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Downs Funeral Home (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Gardens Cemetery (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672).
