She is survived by: her husband Rodger Keith Belgard; her sons, Rodger Keith Belgard, Jr. and George Albert Belgard; and her siblings, Shirley Shankle (Lee), Debbie West and Alan Phillip Boyd. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren along with other family and friends.
