He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Meadors and Martha Meadors (Huntsinger); and his siblings, Edna Meadors, Doris Ann Meadors, Calvin Meadors of Alfred Meadors, J. D, J. E. Meadors, Cecil Meadors, Jack Meadors, Henry Meadors Jr. and Earl Meadors.
He is survived by : his pet Freckles; his wife Alma Elizabeth Meadors (Betty); his children, Michael Meadors (Belinda) and Melody Meadors Spivey (Jason); his grandson Ryan Spivey; his stepdaughter Beverly Bridger; his stepgrandchildren, Malinda McLennan, Brad Gordon and Marc Gordon; his stepdaughter Becky Hollingsworth (Tommy); and his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Hollingsworth and Kris Hollingworth. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
