He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesus Salinas and Victoria Olvera Salinas; his grandson Roberto Xavier Francisco Ramirez; and his siblings, Susie Salinas, Nicolasa DeLaRosa, Margarita Martinez, Juan, Jesus Jr., Domingo, Leo, Victor, Santos Salinas and Gonzalo Gonzales.
He is survived by : his wife Yolanda; his children, Rachel Salinas, Rosalie Ramirez (Daniel), Steve, Frank Jr. and Gilbert (Dora); his brothers, Cleofas (Benita), Clemente (Eleanor) and Ignacio Salinas (Connie) of Idaho; his siblings-in-law, Guadalupe of Redwood, Dora of Idaho, Beatrice V. Narvaez, Paul H. Velasquez (Antonia) and Luis H. Velasquez (Clara); and his niece Rose Marie Ortiz (Richard). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
