She was predeceased by : her children, Victoria Gamez, Deborah Gamez and Antonio Gamez; her parents, Jose Manuel and Concepcion Hernandez; her sister Josie Hernandez of Frances Rodriguez; and her granddaughter Rachael Martinez.

She is survived by : her spouse Gorgonio Gamez; and her children, Juanita G. Martinez (Domingo), Ofelia Camacho, Elena Gomez (Julian), David Gamez (Dominga), Santiago "Jimmy" Gamez (Lisa), Jaime Gamez, Margarita Urrutia and Simon Gamez. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and with numerous nieces, nephews, great and great nieces & nephews and other loving family and friends.
