He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Kramer and Meta Barth Kramer; and his siblings, Stanley, Curtis Kramer and Peggy Brooks.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Kramer of Mason; his son Richard Brian Kramer (Toby); his grandchildren, Caiden of Barksdale, Camdyn of Barksdale, Kylie of Barksdale and Mahalie of Barksdale; and his daughter Celeste Michele Kramer of Mason.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made to the Mason Volunteer Fire Department.
